Exercising throughout my pregnancy allowed me to maintain my energy, keep weight gain within the appropriate range, and have a more positive birthing experience. My body was able to recover faster after birth because of the effort I made during pregnancy. Together we will work to maintain your core strength, TVA muscles and pelvic floor muscles.
